Steps to Register at LILI: 

  1. Please download the Registration Form by clicking the appropriate link below:
  2. Print and fill out the Registration Form
  3. Mail the completed form with the payment to the address indicated at the bottom of the form.

About Registration

  • Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Your seat will be reserved as soon as your payment is received.
  • Your name will automatically be placed on a waiting list when a class is full.
  • Registration will not be accepted in class by instructors unless the previous arrangement made by the program director.
  • No refunds or changes are allowed less than 48 hours prior to the start of a class/tutoring.
Refund Policy

For a Class
  • Full refund will be issued if the class is canceled or you can choose to transfer to another class.
  • Full refund will be issued if the request is received 5 business days prior to the start of a course.
  • A 25% cancellation fee will be charged if a refund request is received less than 5 business days prior to the start of a course.
  • No refund will be issued less than 48 hours prior to the start of a course.
For an Individual Tutoring Session (See the Policy above for a Group Tutoring Session)
  • No refund of the annual registration fee will be issued after the registration is completed.
  • Full refund will be issued if the meeting is canceled by the program or you can choose to make up a meeting at a different time.
  • Full refund will be issued if the cancellation is received 5 business days prior to the start of a meeting.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if a cancellation is received less than 5 business days, but 48 hours prior to the start of a meeting. Or you can choose to make up a meeting at a different time if the tutor is available.
  • No refund will be issued less than 48 hours prior to the start of a meeting.

If you are dissatisfied with our class after the first class meeting, please notify Dr. Li Li at your earliest convenience, you will get your money back for any unused balance of the class.

You can also transfer to a different class or a different location if you wish to.
